Cancellation/No-Show Policy: Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours will be charged the full session fee. We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
Payment Options: We accept cash, all major credit cards, and FSA/HSA cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
Insurance & Superbills: We are not accepting new insurance patients at this time. However, we can provide a Superbill (Receipt of Service) upon request, which you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company before booking.
Care Plans Available: For those committed to their health, we offer Care Plans designed to make regular treatments more affordable and convenient. These plans provide discounted rates and priority booking, helping you stay on track with your personalized treatment plan.
